We grew our Cereal Rye crop with daikon radish & vetch (a legume to fix the nitrogen). We are delighted to be able to offer our freshly milled Rye Flour. Our Rye flour has an earthy, nutty, taste. Rye grain is naturally high in protein and perfect for sourdough baking. Traditionally used to make European style breads and we love it in our chocolate cake.
