Triticale Grain - 20kg
Our Triticale grain is nutrient-dense, chemical residue-free and is perfect for the home miller and baker to create sweet baked goods. A fab addition to biscuits, cakes, and pastries. Triticale is a cross between wheat and rye, originally developed in the late 19th century in Scotland and Germany to combine the yield potential and grain quality of wheat with the disease and environmental tolerance of rye. Please note that we do not use any insecticide or fungicide and you will need to store your grain in an airtight container, cool dark pantry or ideally freezer, fridge or cool room. The grain will attract grain eating insects, that are everywhere in the environment, and they will find your grain if not stored correctly.
